Performing the building refurbishment there are many alternatives possible, that should be evaluated according to the system of qualitative and quantitative criteria. This problem could be solved applying web-based intelligent technologies.

Application

It is difficult to forecast the prices of refurbishment works as economic situation in transitional economies is hardlier predictable comparing to the developtive countries.
