Plants

Design complete - Wind turbines installed last week of October 2005

Wind turbines delayed by failure of bid. Final elements of detailed design waiting on Planning Consent. Progress in early January on PV cladding design.

PV performance specification complete, installer identified. Wind turbine design complete installation date set. (September 2005)

BEMS

Design well developed (March 2006)

Decision made to upgrade building management system software to Sigma (December 2005)

Investigating BMS software upgrade monitoring existing utilities (September 2005)

Submetering being established early to provide more as existing data for the Tower Block in isolation from the rest of the Main Block. Remote access to College BMS can now be investigated.

All sub-metering of existing utilities installed (June 2005)
